Artwork Addition

Adding artworks to your account is the first and most important step to build your portfolio. The best thing is that this process is very simple and very smooth.
  1. After logging-in to your account, press the “My ArtsCad” button
  2. The management menu will appear and then you need to choose the “artwork” tab
  3. From that tab, choose the “Artwork Addition” to start adding new artworks to your gallery

1- The first step is to choose the Title of the Artwork. Make sure you are choosing a clear title because it will be translated into 5 different languages
2- After that, you have to add the original dimensions of your Artwork, you also need to mention the orientation of the Artwork “Portrait or Landscape”

3- The next step is to categorize your Artwork. You need to mention couple of words describing your artwork in the “Theme Field” and choose the appropriate category from the drop down menu. This will appear in several places like your menu, your list and several other locations.

4- (optional) Now, it is time to add the description of your Artwork. It is optional but, adding it will elaborate your explanation for your Artwork.

Pricing

Your main goal for displaying your Artwork is to sell it to your customers so, now it is time to set and customize your price and payment options.

Start by choosing the currency you want to deal with then set two prices for your Artwork, the first price is for the original artwork selling “Original price”, the second price is what you charge for allowing a reproduction of your artwork “reproduction price”.

If this is a commissioned sale that you take on behalf of one of your customers then, do not forget to tick the “commissioned work” box

If this is a copy of an Old Master artist’s work then, mention the name of the Artist in the appropriate work.

Picture

At this point, you need to add the picture of your artwork. Make sure the picture is of high quality (at least 150 KB) you can also enhance the picture through ticking the different image processing boxes.

Now you are ready to publish your artwork. The final step is to click the “Save” button. Now, the website will add your artwork to the directory and translate the descriptions and names into 5 languages.

This process takes around one minute or less and the page will return into the same form that you were filling but, in the ready mode to check how the page will appear to the viewers.

Now, you have 2 choices, click “modify” to set some changes to the Artwork or click “close window to return to “My ArtsCad” tab.
