Andres Guso
He was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1954. Since 1986 he lives in Madrid where he's got his studio. In 2004 Guso decided to dedicate fully to paint. Since then he has been exhibiting several times obtaining a significant success.Although he has made his leaving from marketing and advertising, he has always been into painting. His friends influenced him to jump into the art world seriously and to exhibit. Due to the success he is achieving, Guso has decided to go professional. Andres Guso started as a landscape painter, mainly representing Mediterranean villages and large beaches. Observing the chromatic combination of sea water, the sand, the blue sky and the pure white of the fishermen houses, Guso embarked in searching the simplicity via the abstract expression. Working with colours and looking for unexpected visions, for abstract sensations, moving away from shape and diving into colour.
